Although the Capitol Square market is the go-to place of commerce of Madison, it's not the only one. Generally speaking locals will rarely visit this foreboding, graffiti-encrusted structures unless they're in dire straits and are willing to live with a stigma. While it may come off as a seedy black market, it's so much more. The building is run by a small group of criminals who are free to do as they please because they only operate within the building. The felt that the world needed some entertainment, so they brought in gambling games and ladies of the evening to cater to the visitors to distract them as they're being robbed blind. Being in cahoots with the people here can lead to a shitty reputation, but if it's things and power you seek, then make sure to bring some sort of offering for some entry-level tokens to use within the structure. |
